Rumors: SheLuvMP Tackling Complicated Relationships

Right off the bat SheLuvMP informs us how the voices of people around you can fill your head with negative thoughts and lies. He is trying to express that these thoughts are often unfounded and that it's important to recognize when people are talking about things they don't know. He emphasizes that this is the truth and that it's important to not let their words affect you.

They question whether your ex-partner still thinks of you when you're not around may be something a good majority of people can relate to. SheLuvMP expresses the idea that someone else would be a downgrade compared to him in reference to his ex moving on. 

He talks about how this song or his music in general isn't for someone who is in loven and he chalks that up to being a toxic individual himself. He then goes on to describe the type of person his song would be if it was a person walking into a bar. He says the person would be full of confidence and spark a conversation with people. He ends by saying that if someone was to listen to his song Rumors for the first time, their impression of him would be that he is an asshole.
