Connecticut's music and culture scene lights up with events featuring fashion, Performances and more

Jakai and Montana attended various events in Connecticut and discussed their experiences in this recent conversation. They started by talking about the Press Play event,  where four artists and producers went head to head. Hosted by Homi Boy Prince, the event had prizes for the winners, including cash, a studio session, and an interview with Bbo flock. Montana, who is praised as one of the hardest workers in the CT Media game, had attended the event and enjoyed everything about it. 

The duo then goes on to talk about the Pop Up Poetry event. The event had featured poets and artists such as Midnight, Supreme Divinity and Fly Ry, who runs a poetry and art platform called @Pohooketry. They also discuss the parking situation in downtown Bridgeport and praise the Soul Food Sunday event, a listening party fashion show thrown by a collective of artists. The event featured a unique runway experience where each song played was accompanied by a different piece of clothing modeled by the models.

Lastly, they talk about the Showly & Friends event and if it compared to the hype. The event was a success in a lot of ways they both agreed. Tune in to get a full recap of these events!
