The "Halloween Nightfair on Washington Street" will unfold from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Saturday, October 28th, and continue from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday, October 29th.

In a unanimous decision, the Norwalk Common Council has allocated up to $75,000 to ensure the event's success. This investment will cover the cost of a stage, lighting, sound, and entertainment, all of which will be orchestrated by Arc Sound, Stage, and Lighting LLC, under the astute guidance of Sabrina Godeski, the director of business development and tourism for Norwalk.
